ABOUT FIONA

I have worked with people in a helping capacity for nearly 30 years in a variety of roles.

I qualified as a transpersonal integrative psychotherapy at The College for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London.

I have also trained as a bereavement counsellor and a hypnotherapist and have trained in the following subjects as part of continuing professional development: mindfulness, brief solution focussed therapy, and CBT, safeguarding.

My aim is to nurture your potential and we can work with any aspect of life.  This can include considering a person’s health, career, creativity, spirituality, and ways of relating. I am LGBTQ+ friendly.

I offer daytime and evening appointments, sessions in Uxbridge and Iver or online.

I have worked with people who have experienced-

Abuse, anxiety, bereavement, burn out, depression, disability, divorce, family, fertility, health problems, life crisis, personal development, personal identity, recovery from addiction, relationships, spiritual crisis, and stress, symptom management and work issues.

MY APPROACH

I am a calm, warm and supportive therapist who works with deep compassion. I work with your qualities and potential and adapt my approach to your individual needs, likes and dislikes.

I may use creative materials, drawing, writing or even sound. These methods are better for face to face work. I don’t believe that therapy should always be difficult. There can often be space for joy and laughter in your transformation and there is always space for you.
