There is not really anything that I would not consider working with or don’t have some experience of. I have been helping people with life crises for many years.

I do however have areas of special interests and these are Self Care, Bereavement & Health issues, and Sexual and gender identity. I love to work with creative people (writers, potters, artists, designers, film makers, etc…)

My Approach

Calm, Warm and Supportive

I am a calm, warm and supportive therapist who works with deep compassion. I work with your qualities and potential and adapt my approach to your individual needs, likes and dislikes.

I may use creative materials, drawing, writing or even sound. These methods work better online. I don’t believe that therapy should always be difficult. There can often be space for joy and laughter in your transformation and there is always space for you.

50-minute session

My basic rate is £55 per 50-minute session.

I offer some concessions, based on need and availability. I welcome psychotherapy and counselling students.
