I am a calm, warm and supportive therapist working with deep compassion. I see your qualities and potential and adapt my approach to your individual needs, likes and dislikes. I am happy to work short term towards a specific goal or longer term to help you be the best possible version of yourself.
We may use imagery, creative materials, drawing, writing or even sound whether we choose to meet online or in person.
I don’t believe that therapy should always be difficult. There can often be time for joy and laughter in your transformation and there is always space for you.

Once you have decided to seek help your next step is to find someone who is a good fit for you.
I believe that the connection you have with your therapist is the most important part.
I trained as a transpersonal integrative psychotherapy at The College for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London.
I am also a trained bereavement counsellor and a hypnotherapist.

You may approach me by phone, text, or email, which ever feels best for you. Remember that I rarely answer the phone straight way, especially if I have a client with me. Therapy is not the sort of work that can be interrupted, my focus is totally on my client while they are with me.
