CHOOSING A THERAPIST

I believe that the connection you have with your therapist is the most important part. So, you might need to contact a few therapists before you decide. It’s OK we expect that. You may approach me by phone, text, or email, which ever feels best for you.

Remember! I rarely answer the phone straight way, especially if I have a client with me. Therapy is not the sort of work that can be interrupted, my focus is totally on my client when I am working.

We can arrange to have a brief chat on the phone, and I will ask you some questions to better understand your aims and needs and we can decide how to progress.

Deciding that you wish to seek support is the first step.

Making that decision can be daunting. Your next step is to find someone who you are comfortable with.
